Lunch Procedures

As most of you know the reservation process for our monthly luncheons  is, at times, difficult.

Therefore, we are going to try something new this month.  

 

  • The first invitation will be emailed to you two weeks before our luncheon date.

  • Respond with your reservation number and type…(chair or lunch)

  • You will receive a reservation confirmation 

  • A reminder email will be sent one week before our luncheon date. If you did not respond to the first email and wish to attend please respond to the second email.

NEW PROCEDURE BEGINS HERE

  • On Wednesday prior to the luncheon date an email will be sent listing the reservations that have been received.

  • If you do not see your reservation on that list, contact Stella Stooksbury by email or text to confirm your reservation. 767-615-0544   stella90263@gmail.com

  • Reservations close at Noon (12:00 PM.) on Thursday.  Any reservation received after that time will go on the waiting list. 

  • The process for canceling a reservation is simple….email from the same link where you made your reservation or text Stella before reservations close on Thursday (prior to the luncheon) at noon.

  • If you cancel before noon on Thursday, you will not be responsible for the cost of your lunch.  If you cancel after noon on Thursday you will be responsible for the price of your lunch.  

  • At 11:25 AM any seat that is still open in the dining room will be filled with people from the waiting list. 

If you are running late and do not want your seat to be given to someone else…text Stella.at 767-615-0544 .  Your seat will be held pending your arrival.
